Navigation and Usability
People soon get tired of websites that are hard to navigate around. Your website should be fast loading with no annoying advertising pop ups. Be careful not to overload pages with too many images or javascripts as this may slow your site down. Remember that many of your potential visitors will have slower internet connection than yourself. They may be using also be using a different browser and be viewing from a different screensize. Therefore test your site on various browsers and devices.
Your webpages should have a consistent theme and navigation throughout to avoid confusion. Include a search box as well so that readers can use that as an alternative means to find what they want.
You should have some navigation to the main sections of your website in your header and footer. Include a link to your homepage on every page of your site.
